Balancing High School & College

Choosing to take part in the Career & College Promise program comes with additional responsibilities.  First, you have to ensure you meet your high school graduation requirements and keep your GPA within the eligibility expectations.

It is important to know that the courses you take at Martin Community College will impact both your high school transcript and college transcript.  You will also need to be aware that start dates and deadlines often differ between the two schools, as do policies.  We strongly encourage you to communicate with your MCC Career Coach (Ms. Varnell) as your school counselor.  In addition, read the documents available about the program.
